Tom
Nolan is interested in facing Mateusz
Gamrot following his victory over Renato
“Money” Moicano at
UFC Vegas 123. The Australian lightweight singled out the
former
KSW champion when asked which matchup appeals to him.
Speaking in a video posted by UFC on Paramount+, Nolan praised
Gamrot’s style and suggested that facing the Polish contender would
help him develop his skills. However, the 26-year-old stopped short
of calling for an immediate booking, noting that he first wants to
consult with his coaches.

“I would like to fight Gamrot if I could pick one,” Nolan said. “I
think he has an awesome style.”
Nolan believes preparing for Gamrot would push him to improve, much
as training for Moicano did.
“Yeah, I think it would force me to upgrade,” he said. “Like, I had
to get better for this fight.”
The Australian stressed that there was no need to rush into the
matchup. Having recently relocated from Australia to New Zealand to
join
City Kickboxing, Nolan wants to return to his team, assess
where he needs to improve and discuss his options with his
coaches.
