Calderon (11-4, 1 NC) is currently riding a three-fight winning
streak. He won the
Fury Fighting Championship featherweight title against former
UFC fighter Damon
Jackson this past May. “The Chief” then defended his title
against Lorram
Esteves in October.
Calderon lost to Alberto
Montes on
Dana White’s Contender Series in 2024 and has gone 5-1 in Fury
FC since.
Meanwhile, Bashi (14-2) was undefeated when he earned his contract
on DWCS in 2024. However, he has dropped two of his three UFC
outings. The 25-year-old is coming off a unanimous decision loss to
Jose
Delgado.
