The UFC 310
lineup appears to be nearly complete, as the promotion announced a
heavyweight bout between Talisson
Teixeira and Lukasz
Brzeski to fill out the 12-bout card.
UFC 310 takes place on Dec. 7 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas
and is headlined by a welterweight championship duel pitting
Belal
Muhammad against Shavkat
Rakhmonov. In the co-main event, Alexandre
Pantoja will defend the flyweight strap against
Rizin Fighting Federation veteran Kai
Asakura.
The 6-foot-7 Texieira made waves on Week 6 of
Dana White’s Contender Series when he scored a first-round
knockout of Arthur
Lopes to secure a
UFC contract. The 24-year-old Brazilian is 7-0 as a
professional, with all of his triumphs coming inside of a
round.
Poland’s Brzeski has been victorious in just one of his first five
promotional outings — a unanimous decision win over Valter
Walker at UFC Fight Night 240 on April 6. More recently, the
32-year-old suffered a first-round KO loss against Mick Parkin
at UFC 304.
