The lineup for one of
Professional Fighters League’s April shows is starting to come
together.

The promotion released a
trio of matchups for its
PFL Chicago event on April 11, one that will be capped off by a
Sergio
Pettis–Mitchell
McKee main attraction. The three fights will take place inside
of the Wintrust Arena in the Windy City. Each of the new pairings
will see a PFL-ranked fighter take on an unranked adversary.

First among those new tilts is a featherweight contest as Gabriel
Braga (16-3) faces the debuting Mehdi
Baydulaev (19-2). Since making his PFL debut on the 2023
installment of the Challenger Series, Braga has served as one of
the best 145ers to not win a tourney. In his three attempts to
claim a tournament title, Braga has been knocked out in the
playoffs each time, with two of those three defeats coming to
Jesus
Pinedo. On the other side of the equation, Chechnya’s Baydulaev
has won his last 13 outings, nine by submission, dating back to
2019.

Bishop’s Last Stand

At the tender age of 40, Jena Bishop
(9-3) will come into this event in Chicago after her first clean
knockout loss. She battled Liz
Carmouche to a third-round KO defeat in August 2025 for the
tournament championship, in a bracket she pushed through with
victories over Kana
Watanabe and Ekaterina
Shakalova. Her unbeaten flyweight adversary, Borena
Tsertsvadze (6-0), has never competed outside of her native
Georgia. Her stateside debut will come on the heels of a pair of
first-round stoppage wins over Khanim
Bashirova and Mobina
Babanataj last year, although those two ladies combined for a
pro record of 1-1 when she faced them.

Finally, fans will be treated to a classic matchup of Egypt vs.
Tonga as “GodFirst” Omar El
Dafrawy (14-6) departs the confines of PFL’s Middle East
spinoff for the main league. He faces PFL newcomer James Vake
(7-1) at 170 pounds, who will be taking his first fight since 2024.
Vake last competed at welterweight in 2023, winning a decision over
the .500 Dyllon
Muniz. The Tongan has authored a majority of his victories via
strikes.
