Nurmagomedov says getting to know Abdelaziz reveals the loyalty
he values most
Nurmagomedov recently said that people inevitably have strong
feelings about Abdelaziz, whether good or bad. According to “The
Eagle,” one can’t feel neutral towards the veteran manager. He
believes people either strongly love Abdelaziz or hate him with
equal fervor.
Nurmagomedov claims one needs to get to know Abdelaziz to
appreciate him and that he’s incredibly loyal.
“Ali has one unique quality: people either really love him or
really hate him,” Nurmagomedov told Lex Fridman. “You can’t just be
neutral about him. No one will say about him, ‘I know him; he’s a
good guy.’ You’ll have strong feelings for him. Either you hate
him, or you really love him. And I’m in that category of people who
are very fond of him. And I have a good relationship with him. I
know his family, his children, his kids grew up before my eyes… You
need to get to know him better to really appreciate him. And he
will stand by you until the very end. And of course, there are
people who have mixed feelings about him. But it’s hard to feel
indifferent about him.”
