Smith wants to face Kevin
Holland in the
Ultimate Fighting Championship Octagon and believes their feud
could lead to an altercation outside it.
Smith and Holland were scheduled to meet at
UFC Oklahoma City in July and again at UFC
332 on Oct. 3 in Salt Lake City. Holland withdrew both times
because of injuries, leaving Smith frustrated by the canceled
matchups.

after two canceled UFC fights
The undefeated welterweight said he wants a victory over Holland to
establish himself as the better fighter. Smith also claimed Holland
has sent him provocative direct messages and predicted a
confrontation outside the cage.
“I’ll never like him; I want that win on my record just to tell him
I’m the big dog here,” Smith told Full Send MMA. “Put some respect
on my name… I see us crossing paths outside of the cage and there
being an altercation because of how he’s in the DMs. And the sh*t
that he be talking. He didn’t do it face-to-face like that.”
Smith (13-0) has finished all four of his UFC opponents. “Cobe”
will face Randy Brown
(20-8) on Saturday at
UFC Vegas 123 at Meta Apex in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, Holland
(29-15, 1 NC) is scheduled to meet Uros Medic
(14-3) at UFC
334 on Nov. 14 at Madison Square Garden in New York.
