Dana White signs Christian Natividad, Martin Kozak, Isaac
Moreno and Quentin Pasley to the UFC

Week 5 of DWCS 2026 went down on Sept. 8 at Meta Apex in Las Vegas.
Christian
Natividad (10-0) started the action with a flyweight matchup
against Colton Loud
(7-0). Natividad folded Loud with a body shot in just 70 seconds to
earn a UFC contract. UFC CEO Dana
White was also impressed with the fact that Natividad took the
fight on just eight days’ notice.

“Let’s start with Christian,” White said. “10-0 now, coming in on a
week’s notice against a much bigger guy, and you finished with an
incredible body shot. You couldn’t open the show better; you
couldn’t perform better; welcome to the UFC.”

Apollo
Gomes (13-2) took on Won Il Kwon
(14-7) in a featherweight matchup. Gomes survived an early
onslaught from Kwon and gained momentum in the latter rounds to
earn a unanimous decision win. However, White wasn’t impressed and
opted against granting Gomes a UFC contract.

“Apollo, I liked this fight,” White said. “I think you both fought
great. You didn’t do anything to make me say, ‘I got to have this
guy.’ But you’re a young guy; you can get more experience.
Tonight’s not your night, brother.”

Martin
Kozak (7-0) took on Christian
Echols (8-5) in a middleweight matchup. Kozak dominated Echols
from the onset, dropping him with a head kick in the first round,
before finishing him with a flurry of punches in the second round.
White granted the 24-year-old undefeated Slovakian a UFC
contract.

“Martin, 24-year-old, 7-0, 100% finish rate, you also have a 6-0
amateur background,” White said. “I think that you have a very
bright future in the UFC, my friend.”

Isaac
Moreno (9-0) earned a hard-fought unanimous decision win in his
welterweight bout against Reginaldo
Geraldo Jr. (11-2). White revealed that he had to fight with
the UFC matchmakers to grant Moreno a UFC contract.

“Isaac, I like that I got to see a lot from you tonight,” White
said. “You fought a guy that has four knockouts, five submissions.
So, you were in danger everywhere in the fight… I’m gonna be honest
with you, I had to fight a little bit with the matchmakers; they’re
not believers; I am. Isaac, congratulations on getting into the
UFC.”

Quentin
Pasley (4-0) headlined the card in a light heavyweight matchup
against Arlind
Berisha (5-1). Pasley finished the previously undefeated
Albanian with some vicious elbows from top late in the first round.
White admits that he was surprised when he saw Pasley headlining
the card with a 3-0 record. However, the UFC matchmakers had
rightly promised him that Pasley’s booking was justified. White
compared the 24-year-old to Jon Jones
while granting him a UFC contract.

“Quentin… I said to the boys, ‘Why is a 3-0 guy the headliner
tonight?’ And they looked at me and said, ‘You’re gonna find out,’”
White said. “4-0 and 24-years-old is very young and inexperienced
to get into the UFC, but holy sh*t! So, after the fight, including
myself, lots of Jon Jones talk. Reminded a lot of people of Jon
Jones. You are a very exciting kid; we’re all looking forward to
seeing you fight again. Get over here.”
