Ultimate Fighting Championship
Hall of Famer Chuck
Liddell
has sought emergency custody of his teenage daughter,
alleging that his ex-wife, Heidi Liddell, took the child from his
home.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Liddell asked the Los Angeles County
Superior Court this week to order the return of 14-year-old
Guinevere and award him temporary sole physical custody of her and
13-year-old Charlie.

Former UFC champion files for temporary sole physical custody
amid dispute over teenage daughter

Liddell alleges that Heidi took Guinevere during his scheduled
custodial time and has no intention of returning her. He further
claims she moved the teenager to Orange County despite existing
custody orders. Liddell said an earlier effort to obtain court
approval to relocate both children to Newport Beach had failed.

The former UFC champion also accused his ex-wife of violating other
custody arrangements, including failing to use their required
co-parenting application, involving the children in parental
disputes and missing scheduled extracurricular activities.

Liddell told the court he is concerned Guinevere could miss the
beginning of her high school year and lose her place on a
volleyball team, which he says could negatively affect her
well-being. He also cited the potential impact on her younger
brother, describing the siblings as particularly close.

Liddell is seeking monitored visitation for Heidi until a formal
hearing and wants temporary sole physical custody of both children.
He argued that such restrictions are necessary to prevent further
interference with the custody arrangement.

Heidi, however, disputed the account. She told TMZ that Guinevere
was not abducted and instead asked to be removed from her father’s
home. Heidi accused Chuck of attempting to control her since their
divorce and said the children are uncomfortable expressing
themselves around him.
