A bantamweight clash pitting James Gallagher against Patrick Mix is in the works for Bellator MMA’s return to Ireland on Nov. 5.
Both fighters confirmed the matchup on social media following an initial report from MMAjunkie.com. It is unclear where the bout will be placed on the card. The likely venue for the event is the 3Arena in Dublin. The California-based promotion last traveled to Ireland for Bellator 240 in February 2020, a card that saw Leah McCourt outpoint Judith Ruis in the evening’s main event.Gallagher and Mix were initially slated to square off at Bellator 258 on May 7 before the Irish fighter withdrew from the contest.
