Week 7, extending his winning streak to 13 straight. Degli had
an emotional response to the massive achievement.

Degli has built a reputation as one of Brazil’s more dangerous
flyweight prospects. Against Moran, Degli showed that his
submission game is just as potent as his striking. The victory was
enough to convince UFC CEO Dana
White to award him a contract.
In his post-fight interview, Degli (15-3) talked about his
grandmother.
“I lost my grandma at the start of the year and I wish that she was
here to see where her grandson made it. We made it,” Degli said. “I
am sure she would be really proud. I am gonna make her really
proud.”
He also touched on the support he’s received from his wife.
“She is the most invaluable thing I have in my life,” Degli said.
“She’s there for me no matter what.”
Degli went 2-3 in his pro career before racking up 13 wins on the
bounce.
