Headlining UFC Vegas 120 is a battle between lightweight contenders Mateusz Gamrot and Quillan Salkilld. Both men successfully made weight for their five-round main event. All other fighters made weight, although Amanda Lemos needed three attempts to do so.

Gamrot (26-4, 1 NC) most recently rebounded from a defeat to Charles Oliveira by submitting Esteban Ribovics.
