Promotion officials announced the rematch in a release on Tuesday.
Additionally, it was revealed that the event has been moved from
Friday, Feb. 24 to Saturday, Feb. 25. Amosov defeated Storley via
split decision in their first meeting at Bellator 252 in November
2020.
Bellator 291 takes place at 3Arena in Dublin and will air on
Showtime in the United States at 4 p.m.ET/1 p.m. PT. Pedro
Carvalho will face Jeremy
Kennedy in the featherweight co-main event, while a women’s
145-pound clash pitting Sinead
Kavanagh against Janay
Harding is also slated for the main card.
Amosov claimed welterweight gold with a five-round verdict over
Douglas
Lima at Bellator 260 in June 2021 to improve his professional
mark to 26-0. The 29-year-old Ukraine native has been on hiatus
from Bellator
to help defend his home country from Russian invasion, and an
interim 170-pound belt was created in his absence.

Amosov. Most recently, the four-time NCAA All-American wrestler
claimed the interim welterweight title with a split-decision
triumph against Michael
Page in the Bellator 281 headliner on May 13. Storley owns a
