The Good Fight Foundation became a registered non-profit organization in 2018, as Poirier’s family began auctioning off his fight gear from UFC bouts to benefit the community. In recent years, The Good Fight has raised thousands of dollars for numerous causes, including slain police officer Michael Middlebrook, supplies for Acadian Middle School students and a playground for disabled children.
