International Fight Week included the latest batch of UFC Hall of
Fame inductions, and apparently the ceremony had Conor
McGregor pondering his own enshrinement down the road.

According to the former two-division champion, it’s not a matter of
“if,” but when he takes his place among the promotion’s most
accomplished fighters.
“Looking forward to my own hall of fame entry all the same, I’m a
shoe in,” McGregor wrote on Twitter. “First of everything. All the
records. KO speed. Knockdown amount. KOs most divisions.
Financials. You name it.
“No rush [though]. I’m still in to bust noses open and put
[opponents] unconscious. A real goer.”

McGregor is still in the process of recovering from a broken leg
suffered in a loss to Dustin
Poirier at UFC 264 last July. A date for the Irish star’s
return to the Octagon remains unclear. He owns just one MMA victory
— a 40-second stoppage of Donald
Cerrone at UFC 246 — in the last four years.
