Allen revealed on Monday that he recently accepted a booking
against Imavov for UFC Paris on Sept. 28. Having headlined in three
of his last four outings and won all three, “All In” called for yet
another main-event slot against Imavov.

However, Allen’s status as the headliner was put into question by
the announcement of a five-round clash between lightweight fan
favorites Benoit St.
Denis
and Renato
Carneiro
While St. Denis vs. Moicano has been booked for five
rounds, it has not been officially confirmed as the UFC Paris
headliner.

Allen is adamant on not getting surpassed by St. Denis and
“Moicano” for the main-event spot. Allen also believes his fight
against Imavov deserves a higher place on the card than St. Denis
vs. Moicano regardless of how many followers the lightweights have
on social media. Unless they are given the main-event slot, Allen
implored his French opponent to fight him in the United States if
he is really keen on the matchup.

“This is for everyone that’s asking me what’s up, when am I
fighting, whatever. Two weeks ago, they said Imavov in Paris,”
Allen said on his Instagram Stories. “I said yes. I said I want to
be main event because I’ve main evented three in a row, won all
three. I’m going into enemy territory, so if we’re going to do it
for all the risk, all the gain, let’s go. Main event. Next thing
you know, we see BDS [Benoit Saint Denis] and [Renato] Moicano are
the main event. I ain’t f—-ing going all the way to Paris for these
two dudes to go over me. Like one dude’s coming off a loss, the
other one barely wins, bro. Like nah, I’m not with it.

“So Imavov, if you want to fight, you want this work, whatever you
want to call it, come on over to America, we’ll get it done, bruh.
There’s no way we should be below these guys. I know it’s the
Ultimate Followers Championship, but even though they got the
followers, just put them on the card, people are going to come
anyway. So again, Imavov, if you want to fight, you want to get
this done, whatever, if it’s just me that you want to fight bro,
come on over to America. We’ll get it done.”

Allen is riding a seven-fight winning streak that includes five
submission wins. Meanwhile, Imavov is riding a two-fight winning
streak and fresh off a fourth-round TKO win over veteran contender
Jared
Cannonier
from last month.
