The organization on Monday announced the fight card for the event, which takes place on June 21 at the Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, and features season bouts for lightweights and light heavyweights. In the co-main event, Impa Kasanganay will face Jakob Nedoh in a 205-pound pairing. The fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul will be sanctioned as a professional boxing bout by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.

ESPN was first to report the news on Monday. The heavyweight bout will be contested over eight, two-minute rounds, and the combatants will use 14-ounce gloves. After the initial announcement of the fight, there was some question as to whether it would be an exhibition. Instead, the result will go on the professional records of both Tyson and Paul.

Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor announced on Saturday night that he is a part owner of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships. The news was revealed in a video message during the BKFC Knucklemania 4 broadcast.
