This video contains the 18 exercises of the chinese art of T’ai Chi – Chi Kung developed from the T’ai Chi, they are a simple form of exercise harnessing the Chi (inner strength) of the body, to promote health and well being. Beneficial effects can be felt after a very short period of training.
