Price Point Set for 2023 PFL Championship Pay-Per-View on Nov. 24

The 2023 Professional Fighters League Championships will have a
familiar price point.

The promotion’s signature event will cost $49.99 on pay-per-view
via ESPN+, the streaming service recently revealed. That’s the same
price as last year’s championship event, which marked PFL’s debut
on pay-per-view.

The 2023 PFL Championships takes place at The Anthem Arena in
Washington, D.C., on Friday and will feature title bouts in six
different weight classes. The seven-bout main card is headlined by
a lightweight title clash pitting Olivier
Aubin-Mercier
against Clay
Collard
and begins at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT via ESPN+
pay-per-view. The prelims will stream immediately prior on ESPN+
begnning at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT.

While buy rates for the PFL’s inaugural event were not revealed,
founder Donn Davis
declared the event to be success
.

“Our top priority was to put on a premium product that everyone who
bought the fights said, ‘I’m glad I bought it,’ and everyone who
didn’t buy heard it was a great show and said, ‘I’m going to buy
the next one,'” Davis said last year. “And on both of those, it was
a success. People who bought it loved it. And the buzz around the
fight has been the highest it’s ever been, no question.”

Beginning in 2024, PFL is planning to launch a special pay-per-view
superfight division featuring stars such as Francis
Ngannou
, Jake Paul and
Kayla
Harrison
, among others. The organization has not announced a
date for this division, which is expected to hold two such events
over the course of the year.
