Promotion officials announced the bouts on Tuesday. Bellator 283
takes place at Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, Wash., on July 22
and is headlined by a lightweight championship clash between
Patricky
Freire and Sidney
Outlaw. The main card airs on Showtime at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m.
PT.
Additionally, six more fights were confirmed for the preliminary

Nemkov vs. Jose Augusto at light heavyweight; Veta
Arteaga vs. Vanessa
Porto at flyweight; Jaylon
Bates vs. Mark Coates
at bantamweight; Roman

Magomedov at featherweight. Prelims air on the Bellator YouTube
channel, the Showtime Sports YouTube channel and Pluto TV beginning
at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.
Larkin has won his last six appearances within the California-based
promotion. Most recently, “Monsoon” defeated Kyle
Stewart via first-round technical knockout at Bellator 280 on
May 6.
Russia’s Berkhamov is undefeated in 14 professional outings. He
made his promotional debut at Bellator 268, where he submitted
Jaleel
Willis in the opening stanza this past October.
Franklin is 5-0, with all of his triumphs coming under the Bellator
banner. The 28-year-old Jackson-Wink MMA product is coming off a
split-decision triumph against Said Sowma
at Bellator 274 on Feb. 19.
A four-time UFC competitor, Golm has won his last three fights. In
his most recent outing, the Brazilian scored a first-round TKO of
Billy
Swanson at Bellator 265.
