Onetime Legacy Fighting Alliance titleholder Jackson
(20-4-1, 1 NC; 3-2-1, 1 NC UFC) is coming off back-to-back
victories over Charles
Rosa and Kamuela
Kirk at UFC Fight Night 194 and UFC Fight Night 203,
respectively. The Fortis MMA representative has rattled off nine
wins across his last 11 appearances, and has gone the distance only
three times in his 25-fight career. “The Leech” has only lost to
Ilia
Topuria in his second UFC stint that began in 2020.
Minner (26-13, 2-3 UFC) is attempting to bounce back on track from
a two-bout skid. The Glory MMA & Fitness standout recently lost to
Darren
Elkins and Ryan Hall.
Prior to the defeats, he scored four wins across five appearances,
including UFC victories over T.J. Laramie
and Charles
Rosa.
The forthcoming UFC Fight Night show is scheduled to go down at the
UFC Apex in Las Vegas on June 4. The card is headlined by a
heavyweight affair between Alexander
Volkov and Jairzinho
Rozenstruik. The event will also feature a 145-pound battle
between Dan
Ige and Movsar
Evloev, as well as a middleweight rumble pitting Joaquin
Buckley against Abusupiyan
Magomedov.
