A new LFA interim flyweight champion will be crowned at LFA
110
. All 10 mixed martial artists that remained on the billing
hit their proper marks. The main event will see Charles
Johnson
face Japanese prospect Yuma
Horiuchi
for the interim 125-pound championship. The promotion
is opening up the title for dispute, as current champ Victor
Altamirano
is headed to Dana White’s Contender Series in search of a
Ultimate Fighting Championship contract.

After starting his career at 6-0, Johnson (8-2) has alternated wins
and losses over his last four fights. Victories over Karlee
Pangilinan
and Andrew
Kimzey
are his most recent accomplishments, with a defeat to
Brandon
Royval
breaking up his momentum. “Inner G” stepped on the scale
weighing 124.8 pounds.

Fighting out of Tokyo is Tang Tang Fight Club product Horiuchi
(8-3). The Japanese fighter has seen mixed results inside LFA, with
a setback to Leandro
Gomes
in his company debut. Horiuchi bounced back with a
submission triumph over Donavon
Frelow
to earn his shot at interim gold. The 23-year-old
weighed 124.4 pounds for the title opportunity.

The five-fight LFA 110 card will air live on Friday on UFC Fight
Pass at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
