Usman could be looking at six months on the sidelines following
his latest title defense at UFC
258.
“The Nigerian Nightmare” must have his right foot X-rayed and
cleared by a doctor or he will be suspended until Aug. 13. At a
minimum, Usman is suspended until March 16 with no contact until
March 7. A full list of medical suspensions from this past

UFC 258 took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas and saw Usman
retain his welterweight crown with a third-round technical knockout
of Gilbert
Burns in the evening’s headliner. Burns is suspended until
March 31 due to lacerations on his right eyebrow and left
orbital.
